EPF Underground Base, New Catalog, New Stage Play, New Stamp, and New Pin!

I have a question for you: Did you know the EPF has an underground base?! Me neither! Take a look:
Awesome! If you click the paper in the bottom right hand corner, you'll get a special catalog:
There's only one cheat in this catalog. To find it, click here:
You'll get the Rappelling Gear:
Pretty cool! There's also a new Stage play out! It's called, "My Awesome Life, The Herbert Story":
There's also a new Costume Trunk to go with this play:
Sadly, there are no cheats! Shame, shame, shame! But at least CP released a new stamp:
