Today, a new newspaper came out! Check it out:
On page A2 and A3, it talks about the first rain being hard to explain. The rain hasn't done any damage, and is creating alot of buzz around the island:
Well, next week, the Penguin Times is getting a new look! It says that the new newspaper will be printed on longer paper, so it won't need as many pages. Also, it'll have a new 'News Flash' section for breaking news!
