To find the first cheat, go to page 8 and click on the purple penguin's right flipper:

You'll get the Floral Bikini:

To find the second cheat, go to page 11 and click on the blue penguin's right foot:

You'll get the Black Top Sneakers:

To find the third cheat, go to page 13 and click on the Blue Star Swimsuit:

You'll get the Hawaiian Shirt:
